Payment methods

We accept most major credit and debit cards (including Visa, Discover, MasterCard, and American Express), Paypal is also available for orders placed on our site. You will be given the option to select your preferred payment method during checkout. At this time we do not accept e-checks.

Additionally, we take your consumer and financial privacy seriously. Unipop uses third-party payment processors to process payments made for products and services. All online payments will be conducted by Payment Card Industry (PCI) data security standards. Your billing information (which is only used by these payment processors for fraud protection) is encrypted before being communicated to them.

Declined Payment

Check all of your inputted information including expiration day, credit card number, and phone number correctly. In addition, you also need to check whether your transaction is outside of the spending range or not. Several banks will block transactions due to security concerns.

If all of the information is correct, however, you still can't complete the transaction then please try again with a different method as follows:

Firstly, select Change Payment Method next to the order you want to modify
Next, select another payment method from your account or submit a new card number and select Confirm
Finally, select Retry Payment Method next to the order

Change placed orders & Cancel your orders

We begin processing and fulfilling orders the moment you checkout to make sure we don’t miss your special occasion. If you have an order change request (“Oops, I made a typo on my boss’ birthday card!”) please contact us within 60 - minutes of submitting your order to see if the request is available. If we're able to accommodate your request, we will be happy to do so.

If your request has expired or it is outside of our ability, we, unfortunately, won't be able to make changes or cancel your order. We will, however, be happy to assist you in placing a new order and walking you through our return process.

Do not worry, the good news is that we will restock constantly both new designs and special ones. Shipping Options

We currently work with different carriers to deliver your Unipop orders. Most commonly your order will ship with the following depending on your selected shipping level FedEx, DHL, and United States Postal Service (USPS).

Time Shipping

You can check the order status by searching for the tracking number. It usually takes 3 to 5 days for economy service business days to deliver since your order has been confirmed. In particular:

Standard shipping: Normally, it takes about 5 to 7 days to deliver the package to you.
Expedited Shipping: For this shipping option, it takes about 3 to 5 days to deliver the package to you
Priority Shipping: For priority shipping orders, it takes about 1 to 3 days to deliver the package to you

International shipping

To satisfy international customers’ demands, we currently offer some shipping options, not except international shipping. Normally, it takes from 10 to 14 days to deliver the package and while waiting, you can easily check out your order with the tracking number. However, on rare occasions, some locations may take a few weeks for delivery due to delays at Customs.

Note: Shipping timelines can be affected by high volumes of orders, seasonal demand, and carrier delays due to events such as COVID - 19. Please consider these delays when placing your order as we are unable to guarantee a specific delivery date for international orders.

REFUND & RETURN POLICIES

Return/Refund Policy

If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, Unipop will accept returns for merchandise within 30-days of purchase. Merchandise must be returned with all original packaging, in an unused condition, and accompanied by proof of purchase (a copy of your confirmation email including your order number works perfectly for this).

If you decide to return your items, we recommend that you use a trackable shipping method to ensure the Unipop teams successfully receive your return.

Once received, our team will inspect and process your return within 5-7 business days. We will email and notify you once your return and refund have been successfully processed. Your refund will automatically post to the original form of payment and can take 5-7 business days to appear.

Order arrived damaged/incorrect

Oh no! We’re so sorry to hear that, and we want to get this fixed for you! While we take every precaution to make sure your items get to you safe and sound, accidents do happen!

Our team is always willing to assist you in processing a replacement or refund for your damaged items. Please contact us directly by 'Submitting a Request.'

Kindly include and attach pictures of the damaged items, along with your customer and order details and one of our team will contact you.

Tracking status of your refund

If we've processed a refund for a previous item or order, a refund confirmation email will be sent to you and your refund will be automatically applied to your original form of payment. Once issued, your refund will process immediately but can take up to 5-7 business days to post and appear in your account.

Your financial institution (i.e. bank, PayPal, etc) should be able to tell you how long they require funds to settle before your refund is posted.

To use Unipop’s promotional code, please follow the steps below:

Desktop

Step 1: Add items to your cart. At this step, you can see under the items you have chosen, there will be a text “Add coupon code”, where you can enter your promo code. When finished adding items to your cart and the code, select the yellow “Checkout” button. 

Step 2:  On the new page, on the left, you need to fill in all information including your name, email address, and shipping address, phone number while on the right-hand side under the product you have chosen, there’s a blank box to enter your promo code, just enter it and click on “Apply” button.

Remember to check carefully all your information and the code before clicking on the yellow “Continue to shipping” button.

Step 3:  The page should update to show your code has been applied and is now in use. After checking all information is correct, just click on the yellow “Continue to payment” button.

Step 4:  At this final step, please select your payment method on Payment section on the left hand side, select your Billing address then click on the yellow “Complete Order” button (as picture shown below).

In addition, your points can be redeemed at any time while you are checking out on www.unipopcards.com. Make sure you are logged in, and your available points balance will appear on the checkout page. Select the number of points you wish to use towards your purchase and then click “Redeem.”
